General Comments
*Due to the seriousness of the kitchen drains backing up and overflowing on to the floor, this facility has volunteered to close until repairs can be made to the drains and sewer lines. Facility is not allowed to reopen until such matters are resolved and a report is given to the Kankakee County Health Dept. and a reinspection is conducted.

Verbal Warning Issued: evidence of a burning barrel on property - next to dumpster. NO BURNING OF ANY REFUSE IS ALLOWED WITHIN 1000 FEET OF ANY MUNICIPALITY.

HACCP: discussed properly testing dish machine every single day.

A reinspection will be conducted once drains are properly repaired.
